In the year 2015, the first renovation of an apartment building from the energy efficiency class D to A began in Lithuania. To renovate an apartment building into class A - a challenge even to an experienced company. But, LTD "Dailista" courageously took up this project. Previously the company renovated churches, schools and other public buildings, took up the projects of residential buildings as well.

After the National Passive House association institution investment plan correction, involving lacking decisions, the estimate did not grow, but decreased a little - the measures and works were fore4seen to make up 1,5 mln. Litas, while the buildings energy efficiency lath rose to A. 

Before finishing the project in Mickevičius street house 9 was predicted to save up 94% of heating-cooling energy. The capitals' A. Once the renovation was finished in 2016, the building built in 1958 reached A energy class and became the first apartment building of such class renovated in Lithuania. After the renovation process, the A. Mickevičius street building number 9 that was predicted to save 94% of heating-cooling energy became reality, the residents are happy about the lower heating expenses and the life in a beautiful environment. The building located in A. Mickevičius st. is well-oriented and designed, thus it allowed to raise the energy efficiency class up to class A when renovating.
